  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services globally in the future.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received. Please note that custom orders may require additional time for preparation, depending on the complexity of the request.

  • Handcrafted with Care: As all our Soya Candles are handcrafted, certain designs may take longer to prepare. We appreciate your patience and commitment to supporting handmade products.

  • Standard Shipping: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our standard shipping service. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options. These orders are prioritized, with delivery expected within 2-4 business days after processing.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 999, applicable to deliveries within India.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • Express Shipping: Additional charges apply for express shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.
